CSSI cares about the health and well-being of its employees. We provide Group Medical Insurance for Employees which is not limited to them alone but is extended to the entire family. In addition to this to ensure a financial security employees are provided Group Personal Accident Insurance which has a coverage for Accidental Death, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability. Maternity Leave is granted as per the Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017

We have regular health camps, wellness talk by health experts and also a sick room (medical room) in house. A first aid kit is always available in the event of an accident or injury.

HOLIDAYS & LEAVE POLICY

CSSI provides opportunities to plan your vacations and manage emergencies.

The Company grants 10 festival holidays per year, minimum 18 days of annual leave, an option to encash or carry forward leaves at the end of the year, additional leaves such as bereavement leave, wedding leave, recognition leave, paternity leave, etc.

RECREATION ACTIVITIES

CSSI understands the importance of recreation to maintain healthy work environment.
